Shipping & Exchange Policy

 Rehmani’s Couture

1. No Return or Standard Exchange

Rehmani’s Couture does not offer any ‘Return’ or general ‘Exchange’ for products once purchased.


2. Conditional Exchange (within 07 Days)

Items can be exchanged only under the following conditions and within 7 days of delivery:

  • Exchange request is submitted within the stated time frame.

  • The item received is damaged, faulty, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The delivered product is different from the original order.

  • Something is missing from the package, such as tags, labels, or original packaging.

Each claim will be reviewed individually, and we aim to resolve disputes fairly. If approved, a replacement of equal value (as per invoice) will be dispatched to the buyer's address.


3. Shipping Costs for Exchange

In all exchange cases, the customer will bear all shipping and handling charges.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Discounted or Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Unstitched articles that have been stitched are not eligible for exchange.

  • Wedding Wear and Couture Dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any condition.

  • Customized Fabrics or Made-to-Order Dresses (e.g., Luxe Collection) cannot be exchanged or returned.


Order Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Rehmani’s Couture does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on any items once purchased.


2. Order Cancellation (Card/Online Payment Only)

Customers who place orders via Credit Card or Online Payment may request a cancellation within 24 hours of order placement.

In such cases, the order amount will not be refunded but a shopping voucher of equal value will be issued, valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • The item is out of stock.

  • The product fails quality checks before dispatch.

  • There’s a technical issue or payment failure.

Rehmani’s Couture does not store credit card details and does not share customer information with any third parties.
